SCHROEDER have supplied two of the largest Column & Booms In Europe 15m x 10m each weighing in excess of 100 Tons And supplied with Lincoln Electric's new AC/DC 1000 Power Wave Technology.
The column & booms were supplied with a 500 Ton set of SAR Rotators each weighing 50 Ton per set incorporating the Following special features.
Adjustable wheel carriage centres, enabling the Rotation of a 10.5 meter diameter vessel.
Idler unit fitted with a twin anti-drift system on both Wheel carriages through actuators and an ultra Sonic sensor, which track and correct the movement Of a vessel during rotation.
