We developed new-generation semiautomatic pipe flange welding machine by continuously absorbing feedback opinions of customers based on production of pipe flange welding machine over the years.
The pipe flange welding machine is provided with Panasonic YD-350GR3, 500GR3 welding machines, featured by excellent welding quality, high efficiency and convenient operation. Four guns can weld at the same time, the integrated control system and the man-machine operation model can relieve the operators from heavy welding machine control system.
The combined welding oscillator is characterized in PLC control, linkage, and random single-action operation. The mechanical weld seam tracking device can realize accurate tracking for weld seams at any time.
The whole machine are equipped with welded structural parts which are subjected to annealing treatment and high precision machining, and have excellent rigidity, and the impeccable safety device is reliable and practical.
The welding machine has wide application for inserted welding as well as butt welding for pipe flanges.
It can realize the welding of internal and external weld seams with four guns when flange and the pipe are inserted. When the flange is cut and beveled, four guns start welding after the pipe cutting and beveling machine is welded for prime or by hand. When the height of the welding machine is larger than 6mm, it needs prime and multi-layer and multiway welding. When the assembly gap of the flange and the pipe is larger than 5mm, the four guns can automatically weld after manual repair welding. When the hubbed flange is in butt welding, the pipe with wall thickness of 6mm-12mm (no groove) can be welded once internally and externally with Lincoln submerged arc welding machine, and pipes larger than 12mm are subjected to gas shield welding for prime and are welded by submerged arc welding.
