Automatic clamping and welding machine for rounded pipes. The automatic clamping system allows clamping of pipes in the diameter range 80 - 410 mm. Infinite diameter adjustment is by servo motor via the machine control or optionally by a handwheel.
Our automatic pipe clamping and welding machine enables you to make good use of ancillary times. After selecting the relevant pipe welding programme and inserting the pipe, the clamping and welding cycle will run automatically:
1. Push unwelded pipe with unwelded joint upwards into the machine until it hits the adjustable lengthwise part stop.
2. Close the guard doors.
3. S3. Welding cycle will start automatically

5. Remove undiscoloured, welded pipe.
